NAIL DIARY / INFORMATION

Accessibility

An interface designed for everyday access

The toolkit uses semantic page headings, explicit form labels, visible keyboard focus, text-based results and native buttons and disclosure controls. It supports small screens and enlarged text, uses no essential animation and does not require a camera or dragging gestures. No accessibility certification or complete compatibility claim is made.

Keyboard and screen-reader use

Use the Skip to content link near the start of the page to reach the main area. Tab moves through links and controls; Enter or Space activates buttons and FAQ disclosures. Each form field has a text label. Results receive focus after generation, and status messages identify contact or storage outcomes. Table headings describe the diary columns.

Mobile, zoom and print

The navigation and tool grids stack on smaller screens. The diary is a horizontally scrollable, keyboard-focusable region so that all columns remain available. Browser zoom and text resizing are supported; if your combination of device and settings clips a control, please report it. Print results use a simplified layout. PDF output depends on your browser.

Known practical limits

Browser date pickers, print dialogs, downloads and email delivery are partly controlled by your device or host. Local-storage restrictions can prevent diary persistence. Colour suggestions are written shade names rather than visual swatches, so no result depends on distinguishing two coloured patches. The site’s optional notes display as text, not HTML.

Report a barrier

Use Contact and select Accessibility. Describe the page, the task, what prevented progress and your browser or assistive technology if you wish. Do not include medical information. There is no guaranteed response time, but a clear report helps the administrator reproduce the issue. The owner should continue testing after adding themes, plugins or custom styles.
