Effective 29 October 2026. These terms describe permitted use and practical limitations of Nail Diary. They do not remove rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Use of the tools
You may use the tools for your own general planning, style exploration and note-taking without registering. You are responsible for the accuracy of entered amounts and measurements, the suitability of any activity you choose and the way you use a result. Results are not professional instructions or guarantees.
No professional relationship
Using a tool or sending a message does not create a medical, therapeutic, financial or other professional relationship. The health checklist is not a diagnostic service. Consult an appropriately qualified professional for nail concerns or individual advice.
Safe and acceptable use
Do not use the site to submit unlawful content, someone else’s private information, malicious code, spam or attempts to disrupt the service. Optional notes are plain text and should contain no identifying or sensitive details. Do not rely on the Contact form for urgent help.
Outputs and content
You may print, download and share your own results for personal use. Do not misrepresent them as a clinical assessment, a salon quote or a guarantee. Do not imply that Nail Diary endorses a product or business. Any third-party trademarks remain their owners’ property; no affiliation is implied.
Availability and accuracy
The tools are provided on an as-available basis. Browser features, local storage, mail delivery and printing can fail. Calculations are simplified and style suggestions are subjective. Keep your own copy of anything important. The site may be updated, corrected or temporarily unavailable without a promise of continued access.
Responsibility and legal limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not warrant that results are complete, suitable for your individual needs or error-free. These terms are not intended to exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. The operator’s actual jurisdiction and any required business disclosures must be supplied by the site owner, not inferred from the domain name.
